Declaration of Self-Choosing
When the old you seems to acknowledge and embrace old patterns ---- Remember and chose you
Today, I return to myself.
I choose my healing, my peace, and my truth.
I release the belief that I must abandon myself to be loved.
I release the fear that choosing me will cost me connection.
I release the patterns that taught me to shrink to keep others comfortable.
I choose silence when silence heals me.
I choose boundaries where boundaries protect me.
I choose solitude when solitude strengthens me.
The relationships meant for me will expand with my evolution.
The love meant for me will honor my becoming.
The path meant for me will meet me in my truth.
I am not losing love.
I am losing the illusions that required my suffering.
I stand in my sovereignty.
I walk in my wholeness.
I rise in my liberation.
Today, I choose me.
And in choosing me, I choose the life my soul came here to live.
